Transcending

As time passes,
  I am drawn deeper into self
  wherein I see and experience
  the universe as a whole.

Inside my self,
  I am no longer separated from the All
  by the physical manifestation
  of this embodied soul.

Sensing, knowing, there is more
  than what our physical body can hear,
  see, feel, smell.

Our physical senses are amazing,
  opening us to the wonders of
  this physical reality.

But, they also narrow our focus
  to that which is right before us,
  subtracting from our experience
  of the All.

Blinding our peripheral vision;
  numbing our touch to that which we perceive
  as non-physical;
  deafening our ears to the sounds
  emanating from the stars and beyond.

This is the beauty and limitation
  of our physical senses.

And, we are so much more than that!

Closing our eyes, covering our ears,
  letting go of materialism,
  we open ourselves to see
  that which can't be seen,
  hear that which can't be heard,
  feel that which is can't be touched.

We can feel the All to which
  we belong.

It is absolutely
  VITAL
  that we learn to reach
  beyond
  to see that which can't be
  seen
  to hear that which can't be
  heard
  to experience that we are
  ONE.

Herein lies a secret to our ascension
  to fullness, completeness,
  wholeness.

Touch, see, feel, hear, smell
  with your heart
  with your third eye
  with your soul

See the glory that is this life
  and the life beyond this life!
